District Chair – a district chair serves as the liaison for the FFA district to the state level leadership.
The district chair is responsible for:
- Serving on the Ohio Association of Agricultural Educators Delegate Council
- Creating and distributing the district meeting agendas
- Disseminating information from state level meetings to district Agricultural Educators
Vice Chair – a district vice chair serves as a supporter to the district chair. This role typically leads to service as the district chair.
The district vice chair is responsible for:
- Collaborating with the district chair in regards to specific responsibilities
- Disseminating information from state/district level meetings to district Agricultural Educators
Secretary – a district secretary keeps records from district meetings.
The district secretary is responsible for:
- Keeping minutes of district meetings
- Arranging meals for meeting
- Disseminating information from state/district level meetings to district Agricultural Educators
Treasurer– a district treasurer provides financial recording keeping for the FFA district.
The district treasurer is responsible for:
- Keeping a record of receipts and disbursements for the district
- Collect district dues
- Keep a record of paid and unpaid chapter
